FAQ

What does this thing do ? It is a disinfector drying system, designed for medium to small families. It disinfects your laundry at the same time dries your clothes without the need of the sun.

What else can it do ? Almost anything that you can put under the sun, you can dry it inside, e.g. teddy bears, purse, shoes. At the same time, it can also be used as a heater.

How big is it ? The box is about 2 ft X 1 ft X 1 ft. When assembled, it is about 5 feet tall and 2 feet wide. It's big enough for a small to medium family.

How long for my clothes to be completely dry ? It depends on 2 main factors, the material and your washing machine. The thinner materials are more easily dried, e.g. polyester. Cotton takes longer time and jeans are the longest. Different washing has different spin drying efficiency. Some washing machines spin dries at 400 r.p.m. (rounds per minute) while some other higher end machines spin dries at 1200 r.p.m. (rounds per minute). The higher the spin dry rotation, the more easily dried your clothes are. The duration for a polyester long sleeve shirt to dry is about 1 hour, using a high spin dry rate.

I need to travel a lot. Is it heavy ? The whole unit is only about 4kg, about the weight of a notebook computer. This is possible as we use aluminum alloy for the whole structure, which makes it rust proof as well as lightweight.

How many clothes can I put in ? The system can have a load of 8-15 T-Shirts at one go depending on how you arrange or about 10 kg of laundry.

How durable is it ? The system is tested thoroughly before production. One of the test is the test of durability which requires the system to be turned on non-stop for 7 days. The system exceeds the test standard by running for 22 days before breaking down.

I have children, is it stable ? We designed the system to have a low center of gravity, making it extremely stable. It's tripodal base is extremely durable and could withstand a load of 30kg.

Is it safe ? The system has 3 failsafe mechanisms which breaks the electrical current whenever there is a short circuit. It also has a thermal fuse that will cut off the electricity if the temperature inside exceeds 85 degrees Centigrade.
